Prices shown include VAT. Delivery is charged separately based on order size and destination. There’s no minimum order quantity — order a single notebook or several hundred. The setup charge covers your bespoke embossing die and only applies once: from your second order onwards using the same badge, it’s gone entirely, whatever quantity you order.

How it works

Tell us what you’re after

Get in touch with your quantity, cover colour, choice of finish (blind emboss, gold or silver foil), and a copy of the badge or crest you’d like embossed, so we can confirm everything’s right from the start.

We send your invoice

Once we’ve confirmed the details, you’ll receive an invoice to secure your order.

Send your best-quality artwork

Once the invoice is paid, send us the highest-resolution version of that image you have — the sharper the source, the crisper the finished emboss. If it’s a MOD-affiliated badge, we can request the official artwork directly from the MOD branding portal on your behalf.

Approve the design

We create a digital proof showing exactly how your embossed badge will look on the notebook, and nothing goes further until you’re happy with it.

The die is made and we produce your notebooks

Once approved, we produce a bespoke embossing die unique to your badge. Your order is embossed and finished by hand.

Dispatch

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you know exactly when it’ll arrive.

Please note: if the image supplied isn’t clear or high-resolution enough to emboss cleanly, a small additional artwork setup fee may apply — we’ll always let you know before going ahead.

Timing: your first order takes around 2 weeks from approval, covering die creation and production. Because the die is kept on file, every order after that is much quicker — and can be for any quantity, from a single notebook upwards.
