Garrison PRI Ltd is the Data Controller for Garrison PRI and Garrison Framing.
Data Collection
To fulfill your order, we collect your name, billing/delivery address, email, phone number, and IP address. For bespoke items, we also process customisation data (e.g., Service Number, Rank, personal images).
Security
We do not store card details; these are handled securely by Stripe. For bank transfers, we only see the name and reference on our secure banking portal.
Sharing
Data is only shared with essential partners to fulfill your order: Stripe (payments), Royal Mail/Couriers (delivery), and specific production partners where necessary.
Retention
We keep order data for a minimum of 1 year. Customisation details are held for 4–6 months to handle any queries. Financial records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes.
